Blizzard Confirms: Starcraft 2 will not be released in 2007

Blizzard's VP of game design confirmed in an interview with MSNBC that Starcraft 2 will NOT be released in 2007!

When asked 'what is your timeline for release for StarCraft II?', Rob Pardo replied

I doubt that.. I think it will be close, mabye april.. if it's a spring release or my guess would be a summer release, sometime August or June?

Sumnmer Release would be cool, cause then i'd have a job and could actually afford a good computer that could play it. BUt then again, my bro says he's gonna buy his own good computer if he gets a job. so, i guess Sprin would be good too. I just hpe it's not a fall or christmas release, i don't think i could wait that long.

I doubt it will be a xmas release or a fall.. SC2 should be ready within 12 months or less.. so we can almost guarantee it will be spring or summer of 2008
